Rock n Roll Highschool remake?

SOURCE: LATINO REVIEW

The trades are reporting something that Stern fans have known for some time. Radio Star Howard Stern has been talking about remaking the cult classic “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School” and partnering up with Larry Levinson.

Interestingly enough, Alex Winter, who is best known as Keanu Reeves dopy partner in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, will write the script.

The film was about a group of rebellious students who, with the help of punk rock band the Ramones, thwarted a repressive, rock-music-hating principal.

  1. I doubt this will ever see the light of day for multiple reasons

No Ramones = No Movie, I mean nobody wants to see one of these lame pop punk bands or some emo knockoff plus Stern wouldn’t go for that

  2. Speaking of Emo…

I think this film should star Christian Bale playing Bruce Wayne, crying about some ugly chick that wants him to not be batman. He also keeps putting him self down and thinks his city needs a better hero. He becomes very sensitive and gets hooked on anti depression pills until they stop working and he realizes that his cape is gay and he ends up on the Springer show dressed as Bat Girl.

  3. Don’t forget he is going to get into a fight with his mom on stage.

The sequel “Rock and Roll High School Forever” with Corey Feldman was better.
