Rating: PG-13

Official Bar Score:

Having defeated the Joker, Batman now faces the Penguin - a warped and deformed individual who is intent on being accepted into Gotham society. Crooked businessman Max Schreck is coerced into helping him become Mayor of Gotham and they both attempt to expose Batman in a different light. Earlier however, Selina Kyle, Max’s secretary, is thrown from the top of a building and is transformed into Catwoman - a mysterious figure who has the same personality disorder as Batman. Batman must attempt to clear his name, all the time deciding just what must be done with the Catwoman.

This is the darkest installment in the Batman Series, it was too dark for children and wasn’t as successful because of that. That is the reason I liked it though, because it wasn’t made for kids but action loving adults like myself. It’s definately not the best of the series but it isn’t bad at all. I liked the Penguin’s look, he always looked cheesy to me and Tim Burton did a very well job of not doing that. I liked the sewer underworld were he lived as well, it was very dark and morbid and perfect for they portrayal of Burton’s Penguin.

I must say that it was Michelle Pfieffer in her skin tight black leather Cat Women suit that made the film for me. To this day when I see her in the catwoman suit I get a nice stiffy. She was sexy as hell in this film and very provocative, The Batman was an idiot for not banging her. If this film starred Val as Batman he would of laid the pipe with the quickness, Michael Keaton is a bitch though. If you haven’t seen this film in a while go back and rewatch it, I had a lot of fun.

  1. This was the worst of the series. Batman Forever was the best, hands down. Please do not comment on this comment (because i’m right and there are no exceptions).

  2. dude, this was NOT worse than Batman and Robin. I don’t remember liking this or even caring that much when it came out for that matter, but “Batman and Robin” is easily the worst in the series.

  3. true that, returns is barely better

  4. I think I agree with you. I remember being highly pissed when I saw this and I was 12. I liked everything when I was 12, especially women in tight leather. But not even that could save this.

Tim Burton has made three good movies: Ed Wood, Batman, and Sleepy Hollow. The rest of his stuff is maaaaaaaaaaaad overrated.

  5. Ed wood sucked. I liked planet of the apes, edward scissorhands, and pee-wee’s big adventure. Why is he remaking frankenweenie?

  6. wow you two need a life or a hobb…. wait this is your time waster fuck you two suck balls you didnt even give danny any props or walkin what the hell is wrong with the youth today fuck and dude that was not just some woman in leather that was the pfeiffer when you were 12 she was hot now not so much but then wow just wow but hey you called it this film was not all that great it was better than batman and robin but didnt that one have silverstone in it?

  7. Michelle Pfeiffer’s “Catwoman” is one the best catwoman’s I’ve ever seen. No one does catwonam better than Michelle Pfeiffer.
