This is the story of Captain Howdy, a sadistic internet predator that stalks teenage girls from chat rooms. Young Genevieve Gage by happenstance crosses paths with Howdy and excepts an invitation to a party. Days later they find her friend in the trunk of her car, But Genevieve was still missing. That sent her father on a rampage, he finally finds his daughter and captures Howdy and he is placed in a mental institute. Years later Howdy is released and starts the killing all over again.
